Message us within 14 days of receiving your order, and send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us.

CONDITION
Unworn, with tags on

Items must come back in perfect, resellable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from marks, make-up, perfume or odour, with all original tags attached. Shipping is paid by you both ways: you cover sending the item to us, and if it does not meet these conditions we will send it back to you at your expense.

SWIMWEAR
Final sale

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO RETURN
  1. 1.Message us on Instagram within 14 days of delivery.
  2. 2.Send the item back within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by you.
  3. 3.We refund the price of the item within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method.

We refund the price of the item only. Delivery fees, including same-day delivery, are not refunded.

EXCHANGES

Clothing can be exchanged for a different size or style, subject to availability. Swimwear cannot be exchanged.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, swimwear included, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
