Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days to return or exchange clothing. Please read the conditions below before placing your order.
Message us within 14 days of receiving your order, and send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us.
Items must come back in perfect, resellable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from marks, make-up, perfume or odour, with all original tags attached. Shipping is paid by you both ways: you cover sending the item to us, and if it does not meet these conditions we will send it back to you at your expense.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
- 1.Message us on Instagram or email contactsupport@torry.cy within 14 days of delivery.
- 2.Send the item back within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by you.
- 3.We refund the price of the item within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method.
We refund the price of the item only. Delivery fees, including same-day delivery, are not refunded.
Clothing can be exchanged for a different size or style, subject to availability. Swimwear cannot be exchanged.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us on Instagram or by email at contactsupport@torry.cy and we will assist you.
Sale items follow the same conditions.
